PROJECTS

This section provides a little bit of information about Sting's projects.

The Police have reunited for their first tour in two decades! The first hints of a reunion began when Andy Summers, Stewart Copeland and Sting reunited to perform at the opening of the 49th Grammy Awards. Soon after, the group confirmed that the rumors were indeed true, and their tour dates quickly sold out. Check out The Police.com for more information and tour dates.
Sting has been a supporter of various humanitarian and environmental causes over his career, lending his time, money and talent. He has been involved with organizations from Amnesty International to the Rainforest Foundation, a group he founded with wife Studie Styler. Sting has also lent his talents to several musical fundraising efforts, such as Live Aid.
Broken Music is the name of Sting's autobiography, published in 2003 by The Dial Press. The book sheds considerable light into Sting's early life and his involvement in early bands such as The Phoenix Jazzmen and The Newcastle Big Band.
